    - Keep food and water on track
    - Meal planning and prep
    - Resistance training clinic in the morning, long outdoor walk in the evening
    - Steps: Three days in a row over 10K and no creaky bits, so aim for that again tomorrow

    Thank you so much I was so excited this morning! Goal weight is finally within reach. I started at 164 so I am almost a full 40 lbs down from my start weight 😀
