I went over calories one day and my steps are very low because I am trying to ‘stay away’ from my phone to reduce unnecessary screen time and my phone does all the counting for me in the absence of a fitness tracker. Started with my new movements, exercise and strength building plans and it’s going well. Congratulations to everyone for trying hard because whatever we don’t eat and every little bit of more exercise is helping towards a healthier life.2 -

2. Take the stairs up to my office.
3. Finish the boring work. (This is usually someone else's job, but she's out this week.)2 -

Oh my gosh, it’s 16h10 in the RSA and I forgot to post two goals for today, but the day went well!
Congratulations fellow Warriors on the weight losses and smashing of goals this week.
USA, you are in my thoughts this memorial weekend. It’s motivational also to think about soldiers and the exercises that they do in training.1 -

Did ok with my meal choices yesterday evening and I have managed to walk away from bread and biscuits today. Lunch was a little more challenging with chips (not Greek style), chicken gyros and flatbread (Greek style), together with cheesecake on offer - but I steered away and went for a salad and fruit instead.
We will be eating out in London tomorrow, but the weather is meant to be warm and dry, so we are going to ditch the underground and walk. Although I'll need to plan my meal carefully, hopefully I'll be able to offset it with the walking!0 -
