OUR TEAM MATE STEVE @steplaj AND HIS FAMILY ARE GOING THROUGH A ROUGH PATCH RIGHT NOW AND I AM ASKING ALL OF YOU TO KEEP HIM AND HIS FAMILY IN OUR THOUGHTS AS WE GO THROUGH OUR DAY.

Not happy with the gain, but I know it is because I didn't drink enough water this weekend and I did not sleep well two nights in a row.
It's great that you can identify what the problem is, now you just have to make a plan to correct the problem! Easier said than done, right!1 -

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for this challenge to post two daily goals.
This morning I committed to no alcohol and no food after 8:00pm.
Because of this I avoided some nasty traps I have been falling into lately. 3 times I a
Had a glass of water instead of the wine or beer that crossed my mind. This evening I avoided eating cheese and crackers, nachos, my kids’ Halloween candy that we finally took out of their rooms and put in containers in the kitchen, and a late night second helping of dinner.
I probably avoided 1000+ calories I would have ingested for absolutely no reason. For the first time in months I am going to bed without that feeling of shame and disappointment I get every time I stuff myself to the point of discomfort.
Today I 100% stayed accountable because of all of you. I have tried to do it for myself and I have failed so many times. With you all I can do it.

IT ALSO MADE REMEMBER THAT BREAKFAST IS THE MOST MEAL OF THE DAY EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T THAT MUCH YESTERDAY. ALSO I LIKE YOUR HEALTHY GOALS FOR TODAY

Thank you for the welcome, it’s been a while and I’m trying to get into the swing of things on here again. We all hope everything gets better with Steve and he can rejoin us here with a happy heart once again.

I did get one of the goals I set for myself. I took a 10+ mile bike ride in the evening, but I didn’t say no to nighttime snacking! Grr, it’s so hard to say no sometimes.2 -

At work today so eating is in check so far. Almost done my lunch so that might not have been well planned. I will be hungry after work so I will have to be very careful. Still working on my coffee so no water yet but I have it in my bag. Just at 3900 steps so far. Got to get away from the desk.3 -

@megnolia82 CAN YOU SET A TIMER ON YOUR FITBIT AND GET UP EVERY 2 HRS AND WALK AROUND... WHEN I WAS ON THE JOB I USED TO DO THAT DAILY.. GETS THE BLOOD MOVING
