Hey all
So tonight my husband managed to get home from work in time for supper so we went out to a great place in town he has never been to. I had fish and chips and a flight of beer (alcohol was not one of my two goals although I had challenged myself to avoid it.. microbrewery. What can I say?)
Anyway I tracked everything as I promised and I still managed to come in under calories! I also stopped eating before 8:00 as promised.
So I consider today another successful day. I put on some water for tea and I will have my second litre of water tonight.
Check in with steps later. Oh, i also did a short stretch and Zumba with friends after work. Overall I’m pleased3 -

@kammerkv1 - ‘After 40 you need all the help that you can get!’ Birthday advice that I received from my best friend at my 40th birthday together with diet pills and face creams (giggles). Always look at the positives! You will get there!
@navydaddjtc - I definitely want to make an appointment at dietician because it’s good to follow a plan based on individual needs! Good luck with managing your eating plans!

Happy May 23rd! My kid gets out of school for summer today. (He goes back in August, it's an insane schedule.)
Yesterday's goals were met.
Today I will:
Drink 80oz of water
Walk 12000 steps
Not complain about the boring work in front of me because it has to be done.1 -
