    I managed to reach my goals for Sunday - I swam 50 lengths and instead of eating biscuits or cake when visiting the in-laws, we had a planned lunch instead. :)o:)

    Monday was tough with a celebration birthday meal out for my husband, which included cocktails. Ohhh...and there was cake! I also had a little bit of cake on Tuesday - darn this sweet tooth!! :(

    Goal of tracking- I tracked nothing.
    Goal of not eating past 8: succeeded.

    Back at them tomorrow morning. Tracking and no eating past 8.

    Steps are posted. Great job on the stepping and 1 out of 2 ain’t bad! A new month is fast approaching us and we get a reset button with it. Reset what you want to change and keep up with the things you have changed!

    Sun- 197. Took the Fitbit off
    Mon- 16,341
    Tues- 21,847
    Wed- 10,513 beach day would have more but the fit bit is not salt water proof lol
