I managed to reach my goals for Sunday - I swam 50 lengths and instead of eating biscuits or cake when visiting the in-laws, we had a planned lunch instead.
Monday was tough with a celebration birthday meal out for my husband, which included cocktails. Ohhh...and there was cake! I also had a little bit of cake on Tuesday - darn this sweet tooth!!1 -

Steps are posted. Great job on the stepping and 1 out of 2 ain’t bad! A new month is fast approaching us and we get a reset button with it. Reset what you want to change and keep up with the things you have changed!
