So I really cut down the carbs this past week and I feel like it helped a ton. I’m kind of at the point where I want to start maintaining and toning, so I have to figure out the macros for that. Didn’t do any cardio this week, only yoga and strength training.0 -

Thank you Kres! Hi everyone! I'm Kathy and I've been on MFP for a long time. I've lost and maintained, then got serious about losing the rest of the weight in January and came back here. I'm down 31 pounds. I've been riding my exercise bike at home, then today I'm meeting a trainer at the gym to start strength training. I'm excited!
This weekend I'll be going to the coast, I haven't been to the beach in years! My brother, SIL, and nephews will be competing in a Spartan race on Sunday and I'll be watching the boys while the adults compete. I'm not strong enough to compete! It should be interesting to watch.

It definitely was. When I stopped laughing, I started trying to guess which of my 3 kids broke the scale!2 -

I'm ready for my baby shower party to be over and for a new month to begin. I'm going to do my best to have a no sugar June and to eat low carb. I fought the idea when I started intermittent fasting because so many people I read about seem to be able to eat whatever they want. I am sadly not one of those people!0 -
