    7-May
    Weigh in week:  Week 1
    Weigh in day: Tuesday
    Previous Weight:213.6
    Todays Weight: 212.2

Going in the right direction again! :)

    Question:
I will be out of town next Tuesday and not going to my WW meeting to weigh in and I've taken my scale out of my house for the month of May. I've never missed a weigh in with this group. Do I just skip next week and carry on the week after?

    Steps 5/6-7,414

I'm amazed at the inches I've lost in the last few weeks though. Definitely NOT represented in the number of pounds lost, but at least the scales are moving down again.

    Monday check in
    Calories: under
    Water: over
Exercise: 35 minute on the treadmill

Today, I did IF for 21 hours and 47 minutes and had a two-hour eating window. That is the best I've done so far! I was trying for 24 hours but I'm also very aware that I need to listen to my body and when it says to eat I need to eat. I took my scale away for the month of May at my house so I have NO idea if I'm losing, gaining or staying the same. I will find out tomorrow when I go to my weigh in! :oB)

    Steps 5/5-10,082

Great job! I've not tried to do a 24 yet.

Have you seen the Life Fasting Tracker app? I love using it to keep up with it all. It's pretty motivational. Here's what my week has looked like. It'll give you an idea of what the app can do. It also messages you when your fast time is over. You don't have to stop then, but it is helpful.

@UTMom81, I've been using the Life app since I started IF in February! I find it very helpful because I turn it on as soon as I take my last bite of food and I don't eat until I turn it off. Our IF times are so much alike!! :)

Goals: get diet back on track and stop late night snacking. I do fine all day then blow it in the evening

Great goal @jactop. I found having a couple of healthy snacks | fruit and Greek yogurt in the aft helped me.

    CAPTAINS AND TEAM MEMBERS!

There has been a bad link posted where you can go to look at the MAY Spreadsheets. I just corrected it (I hope!) so all the information should now be visible.

For more details, captains please check the Captain's Lounge thread for my last message. The link is there, and if there are ANY problems, please leave a message there ASAP.

I'm sorry for the problem - I'm not sure where the bad link came from or how it got there, but it should be ok now!

Hey @UTMom81 - That is great news! Muscle is a bit denser than fat, so you can be improving health and getting slimmer while not changing the number on the scale.

Hi all, still no scales. Another compliment today, though...

    May update so far:

    1 - calories under, water - exercise 11306 steps
2 - calories way over, water -, exercise 10958 steps
3 - calories bang on, water bang, exercise 12522 steps
4 - calories way under, water over, exercise 20113 steps
5 - calories way over, water fine, exercise 16251 steps.
6 - calories slightly over, water under, exercise 11677 steps.

2 way overs is not good. On it!

Awesome!! I need to measure again, it's been awhile. The scale isn't showing too much but I feel like my clothing fits better and I feel like my body is changing shape, for the better

Fantastic, as you get lower I think you find it is less about the scales. I'm sitting on the cheer squad as I have found over the past month or so I've put on a couple big pounds, but the inches are still coming down, it feels strange, but it reminds us it's about fat loss, not weight loss

In addition, you have probably increased bone density with the increased activity

Exactly. I’m really pretty comfortable here. But I’d like to get back down to 145. But, my measurements are smaller now than they were when I was at 145 in the fall. Weird, I know. But I feel pretty good right now.
