    Wishing everyone a wonderful day! I made yesterday a healthier version of a traditional macaroni salad and coleslaw that I will post the recipe for all.

    I am going to a 75 minute hot 🥵 🧘‍♀️ yoga class this morning. This afternoon I am looking forward to watching golf. What are your plans?

      Well since you asked.... ;) I am just hanging out at the house for the day, and then later we are heading over to the beach to watch some fireworks. It's just me, my fiance', and my 8 yr old.
      That hot yoga class sounds interesting. Looking forward to seeing your recipes!! Are you a chef?

      @shockvalue07 Thanks! I might shift it depending on how I do next week. I stall or slow a little on occasion, but so far I’ve been able to lose 10 a month consistently.

      I gained a lb. Now I have 4 weeks to lose 11 lbs. Not a surprise!! I've been eating like crap and not exercising as much as I should. Yesterday I joined a gym and today is Day 1 at the gym. I'm dressed and ready to go for a workout. I have a plan set in my head and I am biking to the gym. I tried the at home thing and it was a flop!! I have way too much to do here at home to bother with a workout!! lol Today I will meal prep also. Now that I'm not trying to Keto or do a very low carb diet I am looking forward to cooking some meals for the next few days, oh and I now have a place to store the prepped meals. Got a fridge for the garage. yay me!!

      Oh that's cool, I joined a push-up and kettle bell swing challenge on MFP.
      I have a monthly step goal for July, 400,000 steps.
      Hope I can keep up with all this when I go back to work on Monday. It's nice being off for the week.
