Well since you asked.... I am just hanging out at the house for the day, and then later we are heading over to the beach to watch some fireworks. It's just me, my fiance', and my 8 yr old.

@shockvalue07 Thanks! I might shift it depending on how I do next week. I stall or slow a little on occasion, but so far I’ve been able to lose 10 a month consistently.1

This ultra creamy, healthy coleslaw is super easy to stir together. It’s the perfect skinny coleslaw recipe for your summer cookouts, barbecues and picnics!
Ingredients
¼ small sweet onion
½ cup plain Greek yogurt, fat free if desired
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

I gained a lb. Now I have 4 weeks to lose 11 lbs. Not a surprise!! I've been eating like crap and not exercising as much as I should. Yesterday I joined a gym and today is Day 1 at the gym. I'm dressed and ready to go for a workout. I have a plan set in my head and I am biking to the gym. I tried the at home thing and it was a flop!! I have way too much to do here at home to bother with a workout!! lol Today I will meal prep also. Now that I'm not trying to Keto or do a very low carb diet I am looking forward to cooking some meals for the next few days, oh and I now have a place to store the prepped meals. Got a fridge for the garage. yay me!!

Hello everyone new and old! Congratulations on being closer to your goals! I’m still hoping for a good nights sleep without coughing and I have not yet been cleared for exercising. I walked a little bit more but my lungs are not 100% so I didn’t do much. A nice swim will be awesome, I miss that. Well, I would like to drop 6 pounds this month. That will be nice!6
