July 5 - 10,008. That number really is higher. My fitbit stopped syncing about 9:30 p.m. Bummed because I missed those steps and it took me about 45 minutes to get it working again.
July 6 - 11,350
Not ready to go back to work tomorrow===enjoy the final holiday!

I haven't lost anything yet, but I'm happy I'm not gaining anything either.
I've started going to the gym and running a mile at my own pace. It's been hard to get up and go, but I know the results will be worth it in the end!1 -
