    @shockvalue07 Morning!! Great, about your healthy cooking recipes. Lol, the cauliflower fried rice came out yummy, however, my husband wanted the “real” stuff! 👩‍🍳👍🤪😜

    9,980 😣😖😠. LOL REALLY!!!! I wasn’t paying attention last night when I took my Garmin off, I would have ran around the house to hit 10,000!!! Played a round of golf ⛳️ and thought I would be over!

    ✔️ Nothing over 7:30 PM
    ✔️Veggies and Fruit - Healthy Eating
    ✔️ Hydrate! 64 oz

    Today will be low, sat around all morning while my husband had routine test done. Hope to get some steps in this afternoon.

    Hi! Super late joining the thread (I registered on June 30). This is my first week. I am trying to do the low carb eating way (not necessarily Keto). I also do a (mostly) daily 15-20 elliptical workout and I walk for about 15-20 minutes at work. We have a huge campus with a bunch of trails.

    It's my third day and I miss sugar. But I know it can't miss me back so I am trying to divorce it. The withdrawal headaches aren't as bad as I thought they would be. I am doing a really good job at drinking water. I literally have gone over 24 hours without drinking water in the past (not proud of that)!!!

    I am really going to stick to it this time. I have alot of "whys". Most importantly, my daughter Honor. I keep visions of me wearing regular sized clothes that I actually like (not just what fits) in my head as motivation for now.

    You sound like me. Today I am restarting low carb. Didn't make it past the third day yesterday. My vision is also to wear "regular" clothes in the same department as my daughter.

    Sorry, Greg for the late response. This week has been unbearly long and stressful at work. The fact that I have hit 10,000 steps is not by luck. I've been glued to my work desk during the day and to my computer at night. Every night I've had to walk the neighborhood to catch up....yesterday I only had 3,200 at 7:00 p.m. Walking/working/walking/working. Proud I got it done but boy, I need a break at work!

    Hope everyone is doing well. Sorry I've been MIA--will try and pop in the next few days and say hi!

    AS YOU SEE MY STATS FOR THE LAST WEEK ARE OK, BUT NOT WHAT I WANTED...I'LL TAKE IT ANY WAY
    MY GOALS FOR THE COMING WEEK IS TO OUT PREFORM THIS PAST WEEK
    1)TAKE THOSE DAYS THAT I DID NOT MAKE MY STEP GOAL AND CRUSH THEM
    2) IMPROVE IN ALL CATEGORIES WHERE I DROPPED THE BALL....
    3) IMPLEMENT NEW MEAL PLAN (REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT )
    4) CREATE NEW OFFICE HOURS TO COINCIDE WITH MY WORKING OUTSIDE AND MY MEAL PLAN HOURS
    5) GET MY DAMM MOJO BACK AND KEEP IT HUMMIN THIS COMING WEEK
