    With doing barre and yoga, sadly my steps are counted for effort of burnπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯. I am going to push more and hike while doing my other exercises as well!

    - Over 10,000 steps everyday
    - Continue with squat and plank challenge
    - Nothing after 7:30 PM
    - 64 oz of water
    - Barre, cardio and golf

    I haven't lost anything yet, but I'm happy I'm not gaining anything either.
    I've started going to the gym and running a mile at my own pace. It's been hard to get up and go, but I know the results will be worth it in the end!
