Food: doing the best I can - visiting family and navigating the foooooooood

Exercise: neighborhood and waterfalls walking while in the mountains of NC
Next Day Goals
Food: be mindful for of nutrition and continued less sodium!
Exercise: whatever walking to be had while visiting family!
Goals or Improvements for tomorrow: drink more water, remember the good, be the good and encourage others on their journey
The food choices are what they are but too bad because these folks are also mindful of what they eat. Still working out the sodium retention from last Sunday but I think I am nearly there - and the 5 hour car ride didn't help that but didn't make it worse so I am counting as a win! On vacation through 09Aug and back home Tuesday - I am planning to get enough sleep every night, good exercise every day and plenty of water and great food choices. Less work stress won't be bad, either!
I wasn't sure how to transition from one month to the next so I hope this is right! One question - do I need to state a goal for number of pounds to lose....? I'm losing what I can and am happy for a trend down, no matter how long that takes. I said 8 pounds for July and I think I had 4, maybe? If a goal is needed, I'm going with 4... =>0 -
Correction - the food choice are NOT too bad because these folks are also mindful of what they eat! =>0

Howdy group!
I know it's [already!] August 3 but the August challenge doesn't officially start until tomorrow (Sunday). Our August team thread is up, however, at https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10757611/mission-slimpossibles-team-chat-august-2019#latest so plan to head over there sometime this weekend. This thread will close tomorrow.

Water is under but I plan to guzzle some more before bed and then get up all night which will help my exercise.
Exercise was more packing and cleaning!
Today was a good day. I spent the first half organizing and cleaning my bathroom. We will have an open house next Sunday and it's starting to freak me out thinking about strangers opening up my drawers and closets! I fasted for almost 18 hours and I'm not tracking my carbs right now but I know that they had to be under 20 for sure.0 -

Exercise: gym...treadmill, stair machine and strength training. Then later moving landscaping rocks
Goals or Improvements for tomorrow: Today has been a great birthday. We drove to the city and ate at Salt Grass Steakhouse and they have a separate Gluten Free Menu! I did splurge and have two bites of the Apple pie filling in the crown royal Apple pie. I avoided the pie crust and ice cream, so overall it was a win!
Tomorrow’s goal is to sleep in a bit more and do some restorative yoga.
