    Food: all logged, good choices/on plan, calories on target; dinner later than usual
    Water: on target
    Exercise: platform stepping (64 min); martial arts (10 min)

    Friday - Goals or Improvements
    Food: log, all good choices, calories on target, keep close to usual fasting window
    Water: on target/over
    Exercise plan: martial arts practice (10 min); outdoor walk (45 min)
    In general, be more flexible than usual, as hosting/running a big event these next few days. Pack and carry food, so I can eat on plan.

    Packed and took my dinner; stayed on plan and ate things I love; yay!

    This trip is kicking my butt when it comes to my diet! Tomorrow we're touring a chocolate factory so I need to save some calories for that, plus I'm going to a concert in the night so have no clue what I'll be grabbing for dinner. Gym is going well, I enjoyed the strength training class and will do it again today.
    Oh God! A chocolate factory tour! Good luck! A friend came over for a visit on our holiday. Had some dreaded baked goods and a couple of sangria drinks. Gotta get back on track today!

    I am so thankful for all of my Slimpossible teammates!! For me ( and maybe others), it is so easy to slip when you are feeling that you’re on this tough road all by yourself. I’ve never felt alone for a moment here, and it helped me to stay on track. It was also fun to share some high points (like the day I hauled every single one of my oversized clothes to the Thrift Shop) with so many who could relate to my joy that day.
    On to August!

    This group is amazing. It’s helped me stay on track and at least maintain rather than gain too much!

    Need to get back to stating some daily goals. Goals for Saturday:

    1. No alcohol - just water
    2. No dessert at supper today
    3. Limit snacking to fruits and vegetables

    I have the same experience. When I have an "I don't feel like it" day, I am inspired by everyone here being in action, and I keep going. And then, eventually, I feel like it again!
