Well it looks like what @SaraMakingChanges lost I found 😤 Between my trip last week and TOM whooping on me this week it was just all bad. Which is sad cause I didn't think I did so bad while in Atlanta. Hopefully most of this will be gone next week.
@jessicakrall8 I wasn't in a rush to post my epic fail so I was at my computer most of the day making other people happy and helping them plan vacations.3 -

Desperately trying NOT to snack tonight...I'm a little bored and I know if I start, I won't stop. I've done dishes, cleaned my kitchen, took out the trash, straightened my bedroom, billed piano for the month of August...getting ready to watch a movie...then off to bed. Oh, tried a new cereal today that I like...Special Ks Cinnamon and Pecan...very nice...glad I picked it up.
Ok, I'm talking about stuff no one cares about so I'm signing off...talk to ya'll later...nite (sorry to bore ya'll to death)...5 -
@jessicakrall8 I find sometimes a cup of tea, or a cup of broth, or a walk helps with the snacking urge! Be strong!
@DreaRN15 So sorry you found Sara's lost 10 lbs! TOM can add a lot, and travel can add water weight and bloat. Just do what you know you need to do! Don't feel bad and don't fall off the wagon! We've got your back and you can do it! It will be gone in no time (and then you can be a week winner next week!!)3 -

Alrighty people...good Sunday morning!! I just finished a 30 min walk to kick off this week's group challenge...I'm assuming you're all out walking and that's why you're quiet!
@kmfeig87 Took your advice to heart and made it through last night's cravings unscathed!! Watched a movie, zipping through commercials to avoid those horrible food ads and then went to sleep!

Yesterday morning, I was 159.8. This gain is with quite big certainty water weight.
This weighin is not accurate. Yesterday I was out celebrating my birthday which was previously this week. So I ignored my keto, and indulged in a few fries and cocktails. And later as sober up food, my friend and I shared a mushroom pizza.
Tonight I’m going to a concert. I will fast to dinner, then to compensate the weekend I’ll do a 42-46h fast. I’m not discouraged, I expected this to happen. But I know I now have the knowledge and tools to offset days/events like this. So next week I’m hoping to show a 6-7lbs loss compared to this weighin. That would mean to lose this water weight plus a pound from yesterday’s weight.4 -

I just finished a brief nap and now have a few house cleaning things to do...then it's grilled chicken and a movie for me...it is H.O.T. here in Virginia so I'm not going out today...me and the fan are buddies TODAY!

Took my 20 minute walk today and then some. Was planning going out for about an hour, but I called my son, who I hadn't talked to in a while, and lengthened my walk to keep talking to him. Managed to do pretty well pace-wise, and still managed a 16.5min/mile pace while chatting. Walked about 6 miles in all!7

I tried to stick to my theocratic commitment to chicken and brocolli last week. I bent here and there but didn't do too bad. Evidently I make the big bucks according to Jessica so this week I will have chicken and brocolli on the good china.

Some of you are making tremendous progress toward your July green loss goal. Some of you are like me and are sucking wind. Two more weeks to put a dent in it at least.4 -

@mulecanter I'm beyond jealous right now!! Chinese is one of my two faves and achilles heels...(Mexican is the other) and I would LOVE to hit the buffet, but I've made an agreement with myself to not stop my momentum and continue this yoyo up and down 8+ lbs I've been doing for the past few months...so I cannot partake of either until I reach 285! I'm hoping to do it in two months...we'll see. So eat some of that chicken and broccoli for me!!!

@kateberard Remember if you're stuck at home, it's too hot out, raining, etc. you can walk in place, do a walking video with Leslie Sansone on youtube.com or several other video leaders for walk aerobics...I like to trade out between walking in place, walking around my house, side stepping, double side stepping, forward 3 steps, backward 3 steps and alternative kicks...anything that raises your heart rate and keeps you moving will work!
