Today is my first day back at the regular routine. I only have two weeks left of it though, so we're kind of all over the place this summer.

Hi everyone! I am Heather. I am 47, married, and have two teenagers. I have struggled with weight since having kids. I have been in the challenge since November. While I don't put up big numbers, I have slowly been taking it off, one agonizing pound at a time. Trying to stay positive, and I always remind myself that the weight didn't get here overnight so I can't expect it to leave overnight. This is very frustrating when I do everything right and the scale doesn't move,or even worse, it goes up. I am going to try to up my commitment this month and rejoin the mini challenge that was keeping me on track. Good luck to everyone this month.4

Again...I’ve had a hard time logging and getting g to the community section...I’ve been consistent since the last time I logged...I had to delete and reinstall and that seemed to help...kinda annoying that there’s so many glitches lately!!
Last time I shared a weight (I think I missed a week) I was 226
This week: 220.8!!!!!
My goal was to be in the 220’s by August. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Guys onederland is soooo close 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 #cantstopwontstop7 -
Again...I’ve had a hard time logging and getting g to the community section...I’ve been consistent since the last time I logged...I had to delete and reinstall and that seemed to help...kinda annoying that there’s so many glitches lately!!

Been struggling here the past couple of days with a pulled hamstring in right leg. I have not exercised in a few days and it has gotten worst and has moved up to my tail bone as of this evening. I’ll tell you it’s one of the worst pain ever and icy hot not doing much good. It really hurts when bending my legs to sit or stand. Suggestions welcomed. 😕
Sorry about your hamstring:( I would try to be extra focused on eating if you can’t do much in the excercise department. You can still see a loss this week if nutrition is on point.

Hi everyone!
I’ve been absent this week with a poorly baby. Seems to just be viral and on the mend but really the only thing I’ve been doing this week is temperature checks, sickness clothes changing and cuddles 😰 Not expecting great things on the scales as I haven’t made it to the gym and only managed 1 at home workout in between my husband being home from shifts and my daughter not wanting to let go 😔
Hope everyone is having a better week than me and crushing their goals!2
