    For August: 3 strength workouts a week.

    8/1....38 minutes of a strength workout, and 21 minutes of Burn to the Beat
    8/2....34 minutes of 5 Miracles Miles
    8/3....30 minutes Yoga For Weight Loss
    8/4....rest day
    8/5....34 minutes weights and one 20 mile walk Pumped up Pace
    8/6....44 minutes of Burn To the Beat

    August 1: 5.22 miles
    August 2: 5.10 miles
    August 3: 5.14 miles
    August 4: 6.25 miles
    August 5: 5.06 miles
    August 6: 5.04 miles

    Total so far: 31.81 miles

    August 1: 5.22 miles
    August 2: 5.10 miles
    August 3: 5.14 miles
    August 4: 6.25 miles
    August 5: 5.06 miles
    August 6: 5.04 miles

    Total so far: 31.81 miles

    Only 6 days in and almost 40 miles walked. Fantastic!

    GOAL 5 MILES A DAY when no workout
    8/1 Workout #163 building fence 2 hrs. 1.5 miles and lifting fence panels. burned 1,379 calories doing 120 minutes of Yard Work
    8/2 burned 648 calories doing 150 minutes of Carpentry, general Workout # 164 2.5 hours siding house. Way to hot out to be doing that. 98 degrees
    8/3 Workout #165 5 hours siding house. Burned 1,297 calories doing 300 minutes of Carpentry, general
    8/4 Workout # 166 1st was 1 hr & 20 Mins of grocery shopping and putting everything away. 502 Calories burned. 2nd was 1 hr of helping Kevin outside before it got to hot. 259 Calories burned. Total Calories burned 761.
    8/5 Workout #170 3 Walk off the Pounds miles & 1 Mile working August Miles 13.24 2019 miles 882.59 First day of work was all about learning the computer. So only got 1 mile in at work felt I really needed a workout too. So after dinner jumped right in there.
    8/6 Workout #171 Cleaning storage spaces & walking property 1.7 mile in 35 mins then home and cooking 20 mins
    8/7 Workout #172 Walked the property I am going to manage this morning 1.5 miles 35 mins

    Ladies thank u so much for being such amazing inspiration.. Yesterday I really wasn't feeling in mood for workout( usually my periods are so painful that my workout schedule was made to be free on 1st and 2nd day but this time, it came bit earlier) but I remembered that there s members here with amazing achievements that support and follow up each other so I just couldn't not do it. So for 07.08 my workout was as follows:
    30 min of 30 days shred, week 3
    30 min of ripped in 30,week 3
    30 min of leg workout
    30 min walking with Leslie - well I was jogging every time she said walk but same thing, great workout that suppose to be 2 miles but my pedometer doesn't agree..

    Welcome to "my fitness tracker and Leslie workouts are never the same". The trackers don't count certain movements as steps so they are always but trust Leslie, she's never lied to me. :)

    My new schedule will look like M,W,F Leslie Walk Slim 3 Fast miles, Tuesday and Thursday the Leslie strength training, and hopefully the scale will budge.

    It stayed the same today but my hip measurement went down a half and inch, so?????

    Aug 7: 5 Miles ~ 2 Mile AM Walk + 3 Fast Miles Walk Slim + booty builder strength HASfit
    Aug 8: 5 Miles ~ 2 Miracle Miles + 2 Mile Woman's Walk + All 3 Circuits of Tone Every Zone (counting as 1 mile for the fast walk segment)
    Aug 9: 8 Miles ~ 5 Mile Advanced Walk + 3 Miles Walking for Weight Loss + booty builder strength HASfit
