      • 8 am work presentation RELIEF that is over
      • Pre-log calories again
      • Another day near goal calories
      • Another day without much hunger
      • Do...something tonight. Yoga, bike ride, walk. Anything.

Another day I'm glad I pre-logged. Hit my calorie goals, wasn't hungry, and did some afternoon strength yoga. It felt good.

      Weekend goals: Aug 14-17
      • Plant my bee balm
      • Harvest some more green beans
      • Plant my fall crops
      • Cook something good
      • At least 1 bike ride
      • Tape one wall of the guest room for painting
      • Sort through another box of clothes for keep/donate/thrift
      • Pre-log meals
      • Close to calorie goal

My goals are for the whole weekend since I will be at the scout campout

      1. log as well as I can. Going to be a lot of guessing but its about portion control.
      2. Do some exercise each day. Not going to be much of a problem.
      3. Do something I usually sit out on (kickball, frisbee, ect)
      4. get my tent up in less than 30 minutes. This is a huge accomplishment. First time camping it took over 3 hours and eventually someone took pity on me and finished it.
      5. Try to enjoy myself. I HATE camping lol.

So far I have prelogged my food for the day, got the sheets changed on the bed, including new duvet covers on the weighted blankets, and done the patching work to the plaster in the bedroom where the electrician did a flat patch on a textured wall. So I had to go over it and retexture. That'll be dry by tonight, and I can work on the other spots I need to patch today and tomorrow, and then next weekend I can get out the paint again and paint the patches, and then the rooms will look MUCH better.

Prelogged my food. Yesterday I had to fight off cravings for the first time in several weeks, and while it wasn't fun it wasn't challenging either.
Make an effort to move more and sit less, within the standing budget.
At the end of the day, have all the dishes done.
Laundry done, folded, and put away.
Set up tea and coffee for tomorrow morning.

It rained this weekend, and I didn't get as much done outside as I had planned. Instead, I went through 6 partially filled boxes of clothes, and sorted into keep/sell/donate piles.

I pre-logged Friday, Saturday and part of Sunday...but then best friend came over again and it all went off the rails. We just snacked a ton. I ate so many chips. And ate apple pie (from home canned apple pie filling made with my mom's homegrown apples). I went hugely over calories, and for the first time in a long while, felt super uncomfortably full. It was not pleasant. Turns out I don't enjoy that feeling anymore! But today is a fresh start, and my weight is somehow not even up after yesterday's sodium- and carb-apalooza. Made some huevos rancheros for a late breakfast/lunch, have a honey dew melon ready for a snack, and will do some pasta and shrimp for supper.

I walked 1.8 mi. today. It’s more than I walked last time, but my goal is to build up to 2 mi. I’m putting pressure on myself to reach this goal. I need to see myself doing it. I do. I just don’t know when. I guess I should increase my distance with baby steps. A little bit at a time. But I do want to get there. Maybe soon. Dare I be too ambitious?!

We got the screens for the sunroom back and installed, and we took a load of stuff to the dump while we had a truck.
Tonight's goals: Dust the floor of the library. Break the cat's heart by breaking down the boxes first. (grin) Make tea and set up coffee for tomorrow. Do the dishes.

My anxiety is super bad today (feeling on the verge of a panic attack all morning), so today gets an easy to-do list.
              • Drink some water
              • Log my food
              • Sleep as needed
              • Take meds as needed
              • Do something purposeful to relax/distract (anything from tv to biking to a craft).
