    I am really looking forward to the end of September. I am glad I set goals this week as they are helping me stay on track. I officially changed my step goal in my Fitbit app to 8500. They not watching more than 2 tv shows has been hard but I am determined to get through the week and meet all my goals.

    @KittyInBoots17 I can sympathize with you on the gains in September. Unless I have a miracle loss overnight, I will end the month in the red.

    @mustb60 I am going to keep setting goals every week. I think telling someone your goals is incentive to meet them. Great goals by the way!

    This is kind of depressing for an ENTIRE month of work, but I also have been really slacking the last two weeks. I'm just not motivated like I was before.

    I think I need a bit of time on maintenance. Please move me to maintenance next month.

    Just so you know @guitargirl55 - you can keep weighing in while on the cheer squad - it does not count with the team's stats, but you can track for yourself if it is helpful. It isn't required, so use it if you want! Same weigh-in day as usual, unless you want to change it.

    This leaves me with a gain of the 5.2 pounds for the month. Is my weight loss story starting to unravel? I hope not. Every night is a fight against the hunger these medications are causing. I am so groggy that there is no energy to fight. It is hard to explain. The good thing is as I am slowly starting to feel better, the medications are being reduced.

    Thank you all for your support in this weight loss job! I look forward to a better October.
    Please don't lose hope! Medication does effect weight a lot. Praying that you feel better soon and bounce back with more vigour.

    I will definitely be staying too! Even though this month was a total fail for me, the "closeness" of a group is what I need to get going. I've really enjoyed getting to know you guys! Thanks for being so kind and accepting. I really mean it!
