    Goal#1: Log consistently and accurately! Even on the weekends when I typically overeat and don't track.
    Goal#2: Do 20 min of cardio at least daily, take 2-3 long dog walks a week.

    Two lbs came off all at once with a little bounce up today. My weight fluctuates soooo much but can't ignore the trend. I know I only started tracking halfway through this challenge so looking forward to next month and staying consistent.
