    @zichab Ugh, not ready for what's coming. I miss gradually slide into cooler weather. These last 2 days have been great. Lawn mowed, Mum's planted, just in time to hide from high temps in the 40's. BOOO!!!!

    My clients are all against me. I swear they know that I'm ready to get back on the "wagon". This week I've had emergency call's every morning so far and nights have been much better. grrrr.
    Crossing fingers for tomorrow.

    @zichab,

    If they are my hummingbirds, they like 1/4C of sugar to every cup of water with no food coloring. If they belong to my neighbor, they like red food coloring in theirs. This will probably be how you can tell!

    Yep, they are yours, I don't use food coloring either. :smiley: They are still showing up. 2 today. :smile:

    I am going to shoot for 75 miles this month with walking at work and doing a workout at work. Will post my miles each day along with the other work stuff. HAPPY WALKING EVERYONE.

    spaces and cutting a lock, walking around Lowes and pushing heavy lumber cart across the store.... 1

    @VeggieGirlforLife-It is easier when I make a commitment to it. The other thing is I can do it first thing in the morning because it is only 20 minutes. Then I can do the walks I like and I feel better about during my normal workout later in the day. I still do not like it though and you are right, the lower body is the worst!!! However, I have to admit, it does feel very good after I have done it. :blush:

    Morning Ladies!! I woke up and did 1 mile of Walk 15 to start this Monday. Still struggling with some motivation to get moving. Hoping I can continue at the least 1 mile most of this week and work up to higher miles through the rest of the month. Why is October half over????

    @Deeder522 -I hear you!!! When motivation is not there it is so hard to get started. I spent most of last year working on that and all MFP says is the Nike slogan: "Stop waiting for motivation and Just Do It!" Much easier said than done. The only advice I have is hang in there as something will happen that will trigger your mojo and it'll come back. :heart:
