    I am going to shoot for 75 miles this month with walking at work and doing a workout at work. Will post my miles each day along with the other work stuff. HAPPY WALKING EVERYONE.

    @AnnofB and @zichab Jillian is one tough instructor, that is for sure! In the past, I did the 30 day Shred several times, Killer Buns & Thighs and my favorite one was Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I remember it being really challenging and most often I felt like dying afterward, but that is the only workout I've ever seen drastic changes from. I eventually fractured my foot on that workout and I've never gotten back to it... that was maybe 4-5 years ago? I think I'm having issues with getting older and limitations from past injuries, surgeries, etc. :grumble: I keep pushing myself trying to do those old workouts and my body just can't keep up anymore. :sad: It's super frustrating. I don't want to be frail, I want to build up muscle strength. I know I just need to take it easier, but keep trying. I sure wish I had the $$$ to hire a personal trainer to help me train safely and effectively for my own body. I wish we all could have that!

    Holy Smokes!! I have not seen 100 miles in a number of months! :blushing: I am rockin' it this month and I have no idea why or where the motivation is coming from. This, to me, is the baffling part of health and fitness. I seem to have a ton of self discipline for everything except sticking to a work out routine all the time. :sad:

    @VeggieGirlforLife - Getting older is hard in and of itself without having injuries from when we were younger that is for sure. I have a very weak left knee from a water skiing accident I had was I was 32 and I have to be super careful, but I find Leslie's walking workouts have restored a lot of strength to my legs in general and my knee does not give me any trouble at all - if I stick to my workouts. Jillian is definitely for the younger set that is for sure. At 66, I cannot get up and down from the floor that fast anymore. :noway: :laugh:
