    I am going to shoot for 75 miles this month with walking at work and doing a workout at work. Will post my miles each day along with the other work stuff. HAPPY WALKING EVERYONE.

    spaces and cutting a lock, walking around Lowes and pushing heavy lumber cart across the store.... 1

    I'm not going to hit my goal this month. I have been sick due to having a flu shot. It has thrown me way off my goal and I am not sure how soon I can get back on track. Instead of aiming for 160 miles this month, I am changing my goal to 75 miles.

    @zichab I wouldn't get it if it wasn't required by my job. I don't have a choice. If I want to work there I have to have the flu shot. I love my job, but not that part of it.

    @AnnofB Thanks. I'm slowly feeling better but I got the shot on Friday and still don't have much energy.

    I salute you for hanging in there with her, Girl. Her workouts rate a 10 on the dreadfactor scale to me. I tried her 30 Day Shred workout (I think it was that one), or it might have been No More Trouble Zones. I suspect it's still sitting on the shelf at the local Thrift store where I donated it. I just wonder if she's a former Marine or something.

    @VeggieGirlforLife -Oh my Gosh!!! Jillian Michaels will kill you girl!!! Even when I am in the best of shape, I cannot keep up with her. I got through the 30 Day Shred in 3 months following the "modified" girl and it is still sitting on the shelf gathering dust. I decided no one past 35 should even attempt her if they like moving. :noway: Every muscle is sore for days! :explode: I like your idea of a thrift store @annofB! When I move, I suspect the 30 Day Shred will stay in a MI Thrift Store as well!!! :laugh:
