Perfect storm for a gain over here... TOM, courses all week at work resulting in 13 hour days with irregular food breaks and eating of stress, and the weather has turned cold.

I almost asked for a rollover this morning but what does that do for accountability really? Hoping some of that is hormonal water weight but if not then I’ll be working extra hard to get it off next week!2 -

@Coral333 I think the moment our bodies get hold of something it didn't get for a while (like sugar, carbs - bread in particular) it just holds unto it like a warm blanket, refusing to let go. I had quite a sugar/cake binge on 1 day earlier this year. It felt like it took a whole month to undo what I did in that 1 day, but when it went, it went quickly. Just go on and put it behind you.3

This has been a hectic week trying to stay up with my food/exercise goals. I didn't meet either this week. My boyfriend is feeling better, but I have had to adjust what we normally have for dinner(more mushy food but nothing too liquidy). He still doesn't have movement in the right side of his face, so we're just taking things as it goes.
I am making homemade calzones with spinach, kale, onions, pepperoni, etc. For dinner tonight as a "treat" for both of us. I did make a homemade cranberry/cherry pie yesterday(to test out my Thanksgiving deserts) and we took it to his parents house so that it wasn't in the house. I am making Seven Layer/Magic Bars today, and taking those to work tomorrow. I am allowing myself to eat the sweets, but I am trying to dispose of them outside of the house, haha!3 -
