Feeling a little bummed I have done the Route 66 Half marathon for 6 years but will not be going this Sunday. I am having withdrawls hope to at least get out and walk some.

That protein goal is hard for me! I thought I had lots of protein today but I was only at 21% I am proud that I hit my step goal today though! We got snow and I hate snow so I was mostly inside today. Most of those steps were just from cleaning my apartment!2 -

Lifted early in the garage, got bored so I went and played pickleball. Put on the knee sleeves, took a handful of advils and hit the court. I can't sit around. Sat for 8 months with atrial flutter, not gonna let my knees slow me down.
