    Well, November brought me a back injury and a horrible cold that knocked me down. I didn't make my goal but came close. 81.5 out of 85. Time to move forward with December.

    Well that is interesting! I ended on a totally even number. Obviously I exceeded my mileage goal, but failed on the strength goal. I have plans for December, but we will see how it goes. However, in January, serious strength training must commence!!! :laugh:
