Exercise: does walking around stores for an hour and a half count?

That scale FINALLY moved the right direction! I finished The Firm Express workout system I had been doing so I decided to do T25 next, at least until the end of the year. I have a hard time doing the same workouts over and over again.0 -

What are your goals for the week?
(I thought I posted my response to this already so my apologies if it shows up twice.)
I like to set mini goals at the top of each week. I try to pick things that I am struggling with. My goals for this week:
+ 20mins of deliberate exercise for 4 days.
+ Take the stairs more often at work.
+ Complete Week 1 of Zombies, Run! C25K
At the end of each week, I reflect on what I gained and where I struggled. I post it to my MFP blog. https://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/primekayprime
I am interested in hearing what are other's goal for the week!

No worries! Wonderful weigh-in, and good luck with your exams this month!0 -
Morning team! I’ve been a bit absent on the board the last couple of weeks but have still been checking in on al the great progress happening pre Christmas 💃🏼
Hope everyone is doing well and managing to stay strong with celebrations and eating obligations lol
Currently feel like my house is a quarantine zone with sickness. We all keep catching everything my daughter brings home from her playgroup so last week I was off a couple of days from work with a chest infection and now that I’m over that I’ve managed to catch a sickness bug 😞 She tends to get whatever it is 4 or 5 days before us so we can see it coming!!! Really hoping all of this is away by the Christmas holidays and I can get back to the gym and feeling myself again.4 -

My goals are usually the same every week.
-30 mins of exercise 5 days a week
-Only have treats on Friday and Saturday
-Only go over calories on Saturday
I've already messed up for this week and it's only Tuesday! My 7 year old came home from school on Friday sick and miserable. Yesterday I took her to the Dr and she tested positive for strep and influenza. She seems to be on the mend now but of course the other 3 are starting to show some symptoms. We had a very lazy day today so I'm hoping they don't get as bad as their sister. But exercise was out of the question this morning because I was busy cuddling and refilling drinks. And for some reason sitting around being lazy makes me crave treats more than normal and I gave in to those cravings0
