Could not log into food diary or exercise well could but it would disappear and after trying numerous times I quit trying. I will try again today to recreate those days if not I'm not sure what to do? Yesterday was my weigh in day and I did weigh.
    12/6/19 weigh in 153.2 ...lost 2.8 lbs so I'm happy😁

@Tinydancer106 great loss! Don't stress logging yesterday's. Sometime the app can be a pain like that! Even without logging the last two days, you had an awesome Weigh-In!

Thank you so much I was really surprised because usually this time of the month I don't lose much at all....i kinda love IF so far lol...thanks again for your constant support I think I lucked out with a cool leader my first challenge!👍🙌😁

    Previous Weight: 242

I had surgery Fri so I know it is affecting my numbers. I was down about 2lbs before the surgery. I'm unhappy with my weigh-in because I know that I worked hard this week. But I'm not going to let it discourage me.

@primekayprime Definitely do not let this discourage you! You will possibly retain for a short while as your body heals after your surgery, and you will be right back to losing soon enough! Take care of yourself, during the process! I am not sure what you had done, but eating at maintenance for a little while may help your body heal and recover faster, as well!
