Bummed about the weigh in. I try to just have one day a week where I go over my calorie goal and since I am a major sugar addict I try to limit my treats (I only let my kids have desserts on the weekends, not school nights so that's what I've been trying). I definitely slip up but last week I was so good! The only thing I can think of is its some extra water weight because TOM is coming and we ate out yesterday so my sodium was a little high. Just gotta keep moving, I guess.3 -

@solieco1 The fact that you still came in to do the weigh-in even though you're overwhelmed really speaks a lot to your dedication to this journey. It's easy to post when we have everything under control. The test really comes when things get out of control. I speak from experience. Great job.2
