Guys this water intake is crazily good! I’ve been consciously filling my water bottle more again but always feel put off to do more as I’m regimented by the school bell as to when I can get to the bathroom 🙈 Have realised recently just how much my life is ruled by that bell!! 😂
@Coral333 I have to say bathroom breaks is probably the worst part of drinking so much water! I couldn't imagine being limited to certain brief periods between classes, so I understand how it could be challenging!!!0 -

Sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I am female, 49, single, live in Western PA in the United States. I have a familiar story, lost weight on MFP and stopped tracking for no real reason and yep, I'm back.
I am not able to be very mobile so I'm not doing step/activity challenges. I drink a LOT of fluid so I don't really need to worry about that as a challenge. The planning - I do plan and prepost my week and buy only what I plan to eat. I live alone so that is why I can do that though I do move things around though - some days I'm not as hungry or get home late, or have an unexpected lunch at work so I'll skip dinner, etc. I need that flexibility.
I started my new journey on September 8th and weighed in at 256 pounds. Through last Sunday Dec 1 (my start weight for this challenge) I'm at 226.2 pounds for a loss of just under 30 pounds and over 11% of my starting weight.
I'm more excited about going from a tight 22W pant to wearing a snug 18 pant.
I hope to be at 215 by Jan 5 and in a size 16.3 -
Hi yall!! Sorry im a lil late to the party! I missed Dec reg and just found out i auto rolled so🍻!! Names Herb and i started in Nov. and glad to be here now in Dec. Im 40, got 3 kids, 2 dogs and a Mrs. I’m also a member of the Hogwarts Weightloss challenge so ill have my hands full this month. Look forward to sharing the journey!

Mine is all correct for the water. But for the food challenge, I had pre-planned for Monday but wasn't able to stick to it.
For Tuesday I did 30 minutes of strength.

I changed the pre-planned meals on the sheet as I never, ever pre-plan my meals. I don't think I will, in this life time anyway, get to a position where I get that organised. I get up in the morning and then decide what I am having for breakfast. Pre-planning means that I remembered to take out meat/chicken from the freezer in time to defrost for the evening meal. I live on my own and whatever food I have in my house is MFP friendly. I learned not to trust my willpower as special treats do not last longer than 2 days. Must I remove the "yes" on the mini challenge next to food? The yes there means (to me at least) that I logged my food

As for the mini-challenge, that is just logging yes/no, under yes/no, and is not affected by the food challenge in the spreadsheet. So if you are logging, continue to say yes! I think having the food challenge confuses people sometimes, and I'm sorry about that!0 -

@eyezbydiana I was wondering for the food challenge, if your planned meals were planned to make you go over your cal0ries for the day? For the challenge, we have to plan & stick to that plan for 3 days... I personally haven't fully stuck to it yet this week!

I thought I had responded to this post, but apparently it didn't go through lol
So I forget if I mentioned, but we are currently in kitchen demolition/renovation. What that means... only a fridge and microwave... what translates to.. lots of eating out. I do try and guess what Ill have and where Ill eat, but it changes depending on circumstances and my husband. Hopefully it'll be done in the next month so I can lose these 10lbs that have creeped on these past 2 months 😡0 -
