    Sorry to be a pain...is it mandatory to do this everyday and with one pass weekly... say if we have a day when we can't log? I've read so much and I just don't want to screw it up...which I probably will🙈

    @Tinydancer106 For the challenge I have on the spreadsheet, you can post all days at once or on each day. I fill in what I see, when I can. There's no requirement to post your info daily-I have a tendency to post 3 or 4 days at once, because life gets hectic sometimes! And don't worry about screwing anything up! Both @brandi_84 and my challenges are for your own personal benefit, and have no impact towards the weight loss challenge! :)

    :( Not off to a good start. I'm thinking that might be some lingering Thanksgiving bloat because other than that one day I was mostly on track last week. Also, is this the right format? It's what I had saved in my phone from before.

    @thedestar Your format is perfectly fine! And don't stress a 1lb gain it happens to all of us! Hopefully this month brings more losses than gains for many of us! :)

    @mhassan160 I use the recipe builder, on occasion, when I doubt the entries in the MFP database. If you cook a lot at home, it can help you build a more solid diary-especially if you use the same recipe more than once! I make overnight oats, daily, and just log my portions that I have already calculated the calories :) give it a shot sometime!

    @eyezbydiana how much snow have you gotten? I want to say we have ~5in but snow is still coming down until 7 or 8 this morning... It doesnt matter how in shape I get, shoveling is always a tiring workout for me! Haha. Still a great day for you!

    I'm terribly sorry for all of the mass posts this morning! I wanted to respond to many of you after such a hectic day yesterday!

    Because it is the beginning of the month, I am posting the missed weigh ins for Sunday and Monday today, for all of those that may have forgotten their weigh-in days! I forgot to weigh before my shower, breakfast, so I will be posting tomorrow! Hoping to at least be around last weeks weight!

    I still only drink the 32 oz. But having a bottle filled sitting in the fridge seems to make it more likely for me to choose it over something else.

    @brandi_84 our older one runs away because he knows we can't catch him with all the places he goes. He had to have been REALLY cold to get in the guys car!
