@mhassan160 I use the recipe builder, on occasion, when I doubt the entries in the MFP database. If you cook a lot at home, it can help you build a more solid diary-especially if you use the same recipe more than once! I make overnight oats, daily, and just log my portions that I have already calculated the calories :) give it a shot sometime!
Basically I cook everyday so definitely will need MFP database, thank you a lot !

@eyezbydiana I was wondering for the food challenge, if your planned meals were planned to make you go over your cal0ries for the day? For the challenge, we have to plan & stick to that plan for 3 days... I personally haven't fully stuck to it yet this week!

Phew... I expected that I had done some serious damage over Thanksgiving weekend. That weigh in was a relief even if it was a gain.

I'm feeling the same today! Could have definitely been worse for both of us!

Guys this water intake is crazily good! I’ve been consciously filling my water bottle more again but always feel put off to do more as I’m regimented by the school bell as to when I can get to the bathroom 🙈 Have realised recently just how much my life is ruled by that bell!! 😂

I second the recipe builder! I’ve input our most used family recipes and it saves a load of time as I don’t need to put them in individually but also don’t have to guesstimate calories.
