    Hello everyone! My name is Maha , 34 years mom of three little angels 😊, my youngest one 7 months old and I want to try to lose at least 90 lb already lost 8 lb since November 4th, found this challenge and I really need it to help me keep moving on my journey so let’s get started 💪
    Just tracking my calories and workout twice a week for 30 minutes because I’m full time student

    Hi All,
    This is my first time to participate in this group and I am very excited about it. I definitely need to be accountable to others for my dieting to work. Please sign me up for the mini ultimate accountability challenge (first entry above).

    To give you a little background, I am 54 and a mom of two. I have gained 30 pounds over the years and my goal is to lose these extra pounds. I would really like to lose some weight by February when I see my doctor again. He's given me until then to reduce my cholesterol through an improved diet; otherwise, I go on medication. I'm fairly active, though I'd like to add strength training (barre) twice a week. Overeating is my main problem.

    Hey girly, thanks for adding me to the challenges. Can you make my step goal 9000 daily please. Im unable to edit it.

    @eyezbydiana no problem! :) We do a weekly goal, so I will do 63,000 (9,000 a day) for your weekly step goal! :)

    @gboles79 it automatically got copied over! I copy the spreadsheet each week, but will remove inactive participants after a few weeks of no activity in the challenge. You're good to go :)

    @cmhubbard92 , Hi, I log my meals but I don't really pre-plan any meals, but I see on the spread sheet you fill in that I do? Am I correct in my understanding that the meals on the spread sheet is for the pre-planned meals challenge? Regards Petro

    @petrocoetsee It is pre-logged, yes... I honestly don't remember putting your numbers in, so maybe someone else has changed them and gave you the 1pt? 🤷‍♀️
