Hello everyone! My name is Maha , 34 years mom of three little angels 😊, my youngest one 7 months old and I want to try to lose at least 90 lb already lost 8 lb since November 4th, found this challenge and I really need it to help me keep moving on my journey so let’s get started 💪

Hello All!
My name is Ashley and I live in Indiana. I have participated in this group about a year ago and am back. My goals are to stay within calorie counts on my fitness pal, reduce amount of alcohol consumed, and increase activity. I have a treadmill and enjoy kettleball work outs.
I'm excited to get this weight loss on the way.

Hi I’m Gina, I’m back for my second month!! I am going to work on my water intake this month, I noticed the days I drink more water I consume less calories!
@cmhubbard92 do I need to sign up for the water & steps challenge or does it automatically roll over?
@gboles79 it automatically got copied over! I copy the spreadsheet each week, but will remove inactive participants after a few weeks of no activity in the challenge. You're good to go1 -

Happy Monday! I have meals planned and pre-logged for the week. I filled my water bottle last night and put in the fridge for today. Now to stick with it.3

Sorry to be a pain...is it mandatory to do this everyday and with one pass weekly... say if we have a day when we can't log? I've read so much and I just don't want to screw it up...which I probably will🙈0 -

For the mini challenge - UAC
Just log when you can. Please make sure to put a date/day for each log so I don't get confused. I Iike to give until at least Monday before posting results so everyone has a chance to post their log for the weekend, since weekends can especially be busy. Don't stress too much about it. I'm more likely to screw it up before you.1 -
