    Weigh in day: Wednesday
    Starting weight: 182
    Week 1: 182.5

Phew... I expected that I had done some serious damage over Thanksgiving weekend. That weigh in was a relief even if it was a gain.

I'm feeling the same today! Could have definitely been worse for both of us!

    Fabulous work last week!!!

Guys this water intake is crazily good! I’ve been consciously filling my water bottle more again but always feel put off to do more as I’m regimented by the school bell as to when I can get to the bathroom 🙈 Have realised recently just how much my life is ruled by that bell!! 😂

December 2nd , I logged my food for today but I don’t know how to calculate my homemade food, I just guessing and not within the range 😰
    Water for today: 6 cups
    No exercise

@mhassan160 I use the recipe builder, on occasion, when I doubt the entries in the MFP database. If you cook a lot at home, it can help you build a more solid diary-especially if you use the same recipe more than once! I make overnight oats, daily, and just log my portions that I have already calculated the calories :) give it a shot sometime!

I second the recipe builder! I’ve input our most used family recipes and it saves a load of time as I don’t need to put them in individually but also don’t have to guesstimate calories.

You’ve been cheerleading everyone else so much I thought I’d do the same for you Christine! Given the holiday weekend and all that goes with that, a 1lb gain is nothing at all. Can’t wait to see you get it off next week! 🥳

@Coral333 thank you so much! I am determined to get it back off! As long as I end each month lower than I started, I will be happy!

@Coral333 I have to say bathroom breaks is probably the worst part of drinking so much water! I couldn't imagine being limited to certain brief periods between classes, so I understand how it could be challenging!!!

I weigh in on Sundays. I'll keep posting my spreadsheet like I did in the Nov challenge, I'll just start it this time with this past Sunday since I guess that's the start.

Sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I am female, 49, single, live in Western PA in the United States. I have a familiar story, lost weight on MFP and stopped tracking for no real reason and yep, I'm back.

I am not able to be very mobile so I'm not doing step/activity challenges. I drink a LOT of fluid so I don't really need to worry about that as a challenge. The planning - I do plan and prepost my week and buy only what I plan to eat. I live alone so that is why I can do that though I do move things around though - some days I'm not as hungry or get home late, or have an unexpected lunch at work so I'll skip dinner, etc. I need that flexibility.

I started my new journey on September 8th and weighed in at 256 pounds. Through last Sunday Dec 1 (my start weight for this challenge) I'm at 226.2 pounds for a loss of just under 30 pounds and over 11% of my starting weight.

I'm more excited about going from a tight 22W pant to wearing a snug 18 pant.

I hope to be at 215 by Jan 5 and in a size 16.
