There's a lot of posts that I haven't had the chance to respond to, yesterday was busier than I had planned.
For those of you that have lost weight this week, fabulous! And if you only maintained or gained a little this week, don't stress! Our weight constantly changes, and you are on the right track by working hard every day! The number will go down, just not every week! I'm experiencing this as well!
I use an app called Libra that tracks my trending weight, and it really helps my mindset when I have a gain, as it shows my trending weight. I really love the app and think that it could be a useful tool to many of you when weigh-ins bring a little disappointment!
Keep doing all the amazing things you are doing! You guys really are doing great!3 -
