December is a hard month to stay on track. With the holidays, and everyone is busy this time of year, everyone did a great job sticking to the plan despite all of that and as a whole, we are carrying 96.9 less pounds around. Awesome job!!

Day: I did pretty good today. I recently got a Ninja Foodi so I’ve been playing with that a lot. Tonight I made air fried chicken nuggets and they were so good I ate waaaayyyyy too much so I’m a bit over for the day but I made good choices and had them with lots of veggies so I’m ok with being a bit over (and they were home made breaded with almond flour so a bit healthier)
Water challenge: struggled again today, it was 1pm when I finished my first glass of water 😬 but once I realized that I drank a bunch more so not far off my goal. Tracking my water intake has definitely been helping to remind me to drink more!2 -
