Hey All, I'm helping co-captain for a bit so I'm going through and updating the weights and it looks like we're missing a few.

If you guys don't get your weight in by end of day Saturday it will be your second week in a row missing and you won't be able to compete with us anymore.

It’s still a bummer seeing that number, but at least it’s not a gain, (and even the slightest loss, I suppose.)
I made somewhat good choices this week. I didn’t go out to eat, except twice, and when I did, I took half of my meal home. It’s a struggle everyday, but I’ll get to my goal one day.
I gotta be proud of the small things, in order to make it to the big things!

Plumbing issues update
So, in the end I took a laxative Thursday night. Another one Friday morning, still nothing. Went out to buy prunes (as someone here suggested- THANK YOU). Prunes have helped me in the past but I wasn't keen as they're calorific but desperate times- desperate measures. I ate about half the box, 600 calories worth.
By Friday afternoon, I had a nice big clear out and the next 6 hours were NOT pretty! But hey, I'm feeling much better. Not sure what did the trick in the end and I might have overdone it but no regrets.

Day: did really good. Went out for breakfast with some friends and made good choices and stayed under my calories for the day. Had some food cravings but I didn’t give in which is awesome.

I have officially lost 50 pounds in the past year, 45 of which were lost doing this challenge in the past 8 months! It looks promising that I will hit onederlad by New Year. Then my next goal will be 20 more pounds in the first 6 months of 2020.7 -
