I have not seen a spinach leaf or egg all week. Not allowed! 🍃🥳
Ate a bunch of goodies. My last goodies will be consumed today....grilled steak & homemade Mac n Cheese......then back to my diet!
If anyone drinks tea to help appetite between meals or control sweet cravings....David’s Tea....is having a Sale....which includes their Tea Press tumbler!
I love it........and, makes brewing loose tea a ..........breeze!
(Yea...making fresh tea can be a messy time consuming affair!)
Drinking herbal tea between meals is a huge reason why I do not overeat....or, waste calories on delicious snacks! 😭

I swear that I am keeping up with all the posts! These 12-14hr days, 7 days a week for the next 2 weeks are going to kill me (possibly literally). My vision and thought process feels like stop animation (shifty). I am going to get a shower and 5 hrs of sleep if I go to sleep immediately tonight. Nighty night!3

We don't celebrate thanksgiving where I live, but we do celebrate christmas, and not just one day
My goal was to maintain my weight this month. I enjoyed christmas a lot and had all the food and drinks I wanted. I maintained and I'm even a few pounds lighter than at the beginning of december, so big win in my book!
I will hit onederland in 2020!

I will be weighing in tomorrow ... New start for a new Year... Onederland is going to be by February.. I took a U turn and and I think I am over the start number for December. But looking at tomorrow as a new and exciting start over1

I still don't have a scale, so I am holding my weight over another week in hopes that I can get to a store to buy one. I am sure that it is going to be horrible after this last week though. All I have done is sit on my butt for 12+hrs a day and eat all this food people bring into the sheriff's office. Plus, I haven't had a chance to help my husband with the carpet business which is where I got a lot of exercise before.0
