Never, ever, ever. Totally lifted standing up using the ankle weights I packed and then HIIT cardio (jumping jacks, running in place, etc). At no time did anything but my sneakers touch the floor.0 -

Calories: Under. 24 hours gone! 24 hours to go. Will be asleep for at least 10 of it. Yay!
Exercise:3 hour walk. Decided to walk to the bus stop. Walked all the way into work. Took the bus back halfway.
I've had 2 litres of water today. No coffee, no tea, nothing else. I got some serious hunger pangs around 2pm. Decided to work from home and walked to the bus stop. That pretty much stopped the hunger. No headache and I feel quite alert and fine.
Let's see what tomorrow brings!1 -

After shark week, I'm amazed that I basically maintained. I was guilty of still checking my weight this last week, lol, which was dumb because I retain water like crazy. I should hopefully see a more accurate drop in weight over the next few days!1 -

Soooo I just learned that I actually CAN access the community threads through the mobile app. I should have known better. December is a hard month to stay on track. With the holidays, and everyone is busy this time of year, everyone did a great job sticking to the plan despite all of that and as a whole, we are carrying 96.9 less pounds around. Awesome job!!

Okay, so I decided to weigh-in again today and I'm actually at 242 even for my current weight. I *really* want to get below 240 before the end of the month!1 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Need to get my water intake back up. It’s good to be home. Being able to cook my own meals again is wonderful. Only walked today but my body was screaming for some rest.1 -
I hope that my scale batteries are just dead and I don't need a new scale. It wouldn't even turn on. Usually, it will give me a low battery warning when it is getting low (or give wild readings like +/- 100lbs) I don't think these batteries were that old though ???0
