Not gaining is a good thing but I need to focus more so the scale starts tipping the correct direction. Holiday parties and stress from work! Going to try and get to more meditation classes this week. They have helped me in the past. Just trying to find the time.0 -

Goals/Day/Comments: 30 minutes HIIT strength, 24 minutes Pilates. When I fly, I gain 3-4 pounds and it takes awhile for it to go away. Flew thanksgiving week - up 3.5 pounds. I fly 2-4 times a month. Flying this Thursday and then next Monday. My plan is to drink lots of water, pack my food, walk around the airport before my flight, board last and move while I wait, then get up and walk the aisle at least once per hour. I’m still not down to where I was before I flew Thanksgiving week. Time to try something different.1 -

I learned the hard way to just go ahead and drink the rum! Nyquil has 93cals for 30mL and the rum only has 65 per 30mL.....and the rum tastes a hell of a lot better! Hope you kick that crud to the curb soon!2 -

I was down to 241 at the end of last week, so I know it will drop off.

my power has been out at least since I got home from work. It looks like it has been off quite a while from how cold the house is. I'm trying to conserve my phone life tonight so I don't have to sit in the car to charge it. I'll catch up with everyone by tomorrow morning.
