Goals/Day/Comments: 30 minutes HIIT strength, 20 minutes Pilates. Went out to dinner tonight. I had looked up menu and preplanned. Got to restaurant and that plan went out the window. Managed to stay under but blew any advantage. This group likes to eat and drink. I avoided many many many temptations. Drank lemon water all evening and went home early.

Goals/Day/Comments: 30 minutes HIIT cardio, 90 minutes hiking trails in the snow. Cold but nice. Trying to get my friends to have active time together instead of meeting at bars and restaurants. Not many of them want to do this. It is dawning on me that I may have to branch out and meet new people. I can’t keep losing and regaining over and over. This makes me sad but I’m beginning to realize it’s necessary.

December is a hard month to stay on track. With the holidays, and everyone is busy this time of year, everyone did a great job sticking to the plan despite all of that and as a whole, we are carrying 45.9 less pounds around. Awesome job!!

@mram3582 , you're an admin on this thread/team, right? Is there a way to change my weigh-in days from Sundays to Mondays? I am not able to see the threads on MFP through the app during the weekend. I mainly am able to hop on here at work Mondays through Fridays.
