Goals/Day/Comments: Lifted today. Still not back up to enough water. Will work on it. Lost 1.8 pounds overnight. Airplane fluid retention leaving. So happy! I am happy about this challenge. It is keeping me focused. Most years I gain 15-20 or so pounds between thanksgiving and the end of March. I vow, not this year. So far, so good.2 -

I'm really keeping up with everyone's posts, I'm just super busy with work plus the holidays. I have Hanukkah plus a lot of Christmas parties for work and other friends. I won't be here much tomorrow night because of it.1

Goals/Day/Comments: HIIT strength. Only did 1/2 hour. Didn’t work out for a few days while away and really tired. Scale shows I lost all the weight from flying. I tried really hard to stay on track while away. Flying 3 times the first week of January. I am happy with my reset after this last trip. I’m gaining confidence that I will be fine with the next ones.1 -

So chuffed! I'm officially now at a healthy BMI and have high my target weight so need to set a new one!
