Okay, for Christmas it rained, which is just wrong for Minnesota. For all the different Christmas parties it rained. It's been raining the last 2 days, and today it decided to dump 5 inches of snow on top so the roads are all slushy with ice underneath. And now its doing freezing rain things. Is plain old snow so much to ask for?
Sorry, had to get that off my chest. Off to shovel (chip ice off) the sidewalk.

Just wanted to let you know I'm on holiday in Kenya from 2nd to 10th Jan so will only have intermittent internet access. I've timed my weigh-in day for a stop in Nairobi though, so I should be able to post my weight at least.
Unfortunately it looks like I won't be able to do the habit tracker though if that requires daily check-in.1 -

Emma, if you ever have a time like this where you'll be out of town, you can always IM one of the Captains and we'll record for you or mark you as an excused absence. Also, the habit tracker is for personal use/recording. I don't believe it will count against you if you miss a few days. It was just provided as a tool for those who might find it helpful. And it will bring out the competitive spirit amongst all of us...so if you can, while you're on holiday, make notes for yourself and you can fill that in when you return!
Remind me @Emmajhare when you return from Nairobi...I have a funny story to share with you! Have a great trip!

I'm Jessica, one of the two captains, the other being @mulecanter who I think should be returning from holiday vacation soon. Unless he's run off and joined the circus...who knows at this point?! LOL

Many of you have replied to my question earlier in the week about goals and plans for 2020. That feeds right into this week's Group Challenge. If you'd like to find your response in here and do a quick cut/paste and head over to the Group Challenge thread for week 5, you could plug in there...find some new ideas and inspiration and even make a friend or two...the team that did the challenge worded things a little differently and might even lead you into additional directions...

Today starts my "as little sugar as possible" challenge my cousin started. Its just avoiding added sugars, so naturals are ok, but limiting that as well. today I have had 6g of sugar total4
