    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 6 mile run/jog
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? no - over due to snacking/cocktails
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? no but knew this would be a bad day food wise with company all day using a pass day (not the best start but going to keep focus on the long haul)

    Happy New Year everyone!

    My day isn't over but I will hit all 3 goals today.

    Log everything? Yes, been successfully logging everything for a month or more.
    Stay under calories? Yes, plenty of room left in the diary and planning roasted veggies and garbanzo beans for dinner.
    Exercise? Yes - took down and put away all the Christmas decorations, swept and mopped and then moved all the furniture back where it belongs. Now cleaning and purging my office space. I logged 1 hour of light cleaning but it'll be much more than that. My biggest New Years resolution is to declutter and simplify my home, life and space.

    Decluttering & Simplifying your home is life changing. It reduced my stress (and my husband’s) and helped us have space for new hobbies rather than bing overwhelmed or crunched for space.

    Plus, I did it in ways to Maximize my stress it when I felt like eating but wasn’t hungry!!! Such a sense of accomplishment & calm.
