I have been tracking but eating way over the target since in second half of January and it's reflected on the weight scale today. Good thing is am walking more since buying new MiFit few days back. Hope to have better result to report next week!

My personal check in...
I have no idea what the scales will say tomorrow. I feel like my muffin top is slowly deflating. I feel ok, but not great, about my eating this week, BUT I have been a LAZY!!! I think the last couple weeks of crazy at work has caught up with me on top of a historic bout of PMS. I slept over 24 hours this past weekend. Not even kidding!
My goal is to sleep like a normal person this coming weekend and get more than 425 total steps. LOL!
I have no 'real' plans for the weekend. I am planning to get my house in order in the event I have to leave quickly to meet my grandson.... who still does not have a name.4 -

2020 Week 2
We have a few injuries and illnesses in week 2 so it was impressive to see so many people still stepping out for us as we still managed over 700,000 steps!!! Congratulations to our week 2 champion is @bigblues11 who moved up from second last week showing great consistency. A great week for everyone!

This sounds really counterintuitive, but I was actually hoping to maintain this week, meaning I would have regained the hydration and nutrition I lost to the food poisoning. It’s been more than a week (my previous weigh-in was pre-poisoning) and my trendweight has settled just a little above the level I dropped to with the poisoning.3 -

@Beka3695 thanks for asking! I’m feeling less sick and more energetic, but still not 100%. I haven’t logged or exercised in more than a week now, so part of the sluggishness, random back pains etc might just be from the forced rest and a doctor-ordered carb-heavy diet.
I have IBS and gut health is a very delicate balance for me, so I’m pretty upset that this poisoning flushed away all the healthy bacteria as well, and I have to start rebuilding my gut health basically from scratch. Now that I’m feeling less sick from the poisoning and more just generally messed up, the upcoming week I’ll ease myself back into working out and eating healthier. I think I have to reschedule my dietician appointment that’s supposed to happen on Friday, as my homework was to find ways of incorporating more protein and veggies but the doctor literally ordered a diet of simple carbs and no fresh veggies until I feel better, so homework is very much undone and there’s no point in going in to discuss how it went when I didn’t even have a chance to try.2 -

Daily report: Today was a protein packed day, ate lots of chicken, made my own instant oat-mix and luckily avoided fried foods! Couldn't make to 15 k steps though.
