I'm still having problems with app. It's not letting me add people. So if you read my posts and think to yourself " hey that guy is awesome I wish I was his friend" send a request. Or if you read my post and think " oh Lord he needs help" send a request and let's start with MFP therapy. Lol
I'll be honest if I could add you all I would. I've tried but all that happens is my screen darkens and then buffers.

I'm seeing lots of folks having trouble right now. I've had some too. Got a message yesterday or day before that the site was temporarily down for maintenance. Then, when I was trying to add group members as friends, it wouldn't let me send but 5 every 10 minutes. I actually got a message from MFP saying that, so I just had to do it intermittently. Probably LOTS of new year users joining is putting pressure on the...whatever happens in cyberspace that makes things go crazy. I figure they'll get it worked out soon.

I am very surprised I did not gain this week due to being on my cycle. Horrible week for all symptoms of that as usual for me, and usually weight gain. Plus my entire house is sick with the crud! So I will take the 1 lb loss with no complaints!
Was not a bad week other wise for me transitioning back to healthier foods. Extremely busy and long hours at work as well. Try to get more reading in my down time on nutrition and exercise.

I really upped my water intake and exercise this past week. So while this is most likely water weight loss I will take it!5 -
I’m interested but I’m a bit of a weak link...I’m sick at the moment but desires that...I don’t hit it as hard as others... I can join to help but if you need people who really rack up steps I’m probably not the best candidate... I can be backup if you need numbers! 😊2

Sunday Check In
Calories: under, but not by much
Water: got in 64 oz which hits my goal (for now), but I need to work up to 80
Exercise: Went for a walk, and am about to do a workout on my bike, when hubby gets off of it. Funny that he's been home all day (I haven't), but when I mention I'm about to get on it, he makes a bee-line. Big sigh. Oh well, it gave me time to get on here and talk to all of y'all!
I have meal-planned only for tonight and tomorrow, so I still need to try to wrap that up tomorrow. But the grand baby could make an appearance any time and will definitely be here by Friday, so, I'll admit I'm a bit distracted by that. LOL.
We're off to a fabulous start to the week, thanks to our Sunday Weigh In folks. Y'all are putting the pressure on the rest of us! I love it!2 -

I had a good meal prepping and planning, water drinking day but not enough steps today.
Opportunities for Sunday

I went to Costco today and they some different food today that I think will serve me well - some plant based cauliflower crackers, Keto chocolate bites and some yummy soup that’s not too high in sodium. All of this is so good for me as grab and go for work.
Opportunities for Monday:

2. Walk at lunch - it’s getting colder this week so I want to take advantage while I can

I forgot to say that I DO want to do the step challenge. I’ll post steps for today in the morning.
And for anyone who’s curious, even though this might look like a competition, it doesn’t have to be a competition with anyone other than yourself. You can do it and just challenge yourself to get a few more steps in—more steps than the got the day before or more steps than you might have if you weren’t tracking. It’s all about supporting each other and striving to do our best every day, even if or especially when we are tired or just need that little extra motivation. Come on and join the fun!2
