Calories Over - maintenance day. Spent the day watching football with friends

Today was one of those days where I started with a plan, but unexpectedly got the opportunity to see friends I have not see in a long time. Instead of grocery shopping and cleaning the house and doing all the chores I planned along with a trip to the Gym, I ended up hanging out watching Football and laughing. It will end up being close to maintenance for me, but in this journey I have learned that you have to allow for life to happen. You have to embrace the opportunities you have and be spontaneous sometimes and responsibly. Today was a great day!!1 -

Hi Michael - this is still a tad confusing. The starting weight should be the week before January 5th. Week 1 January 5th. Week 2, January 12. That is if you are weighing in on Sundays, which is always the very first weigh-in day each week.

I absolutely did nothing yesterday. My granddaughters came over early afternoon and we played board games and cards. By the time they left I was so lazy I did nothing.
I am determined to get to the gym this week. I have only been on the elliptical once before about 10 days ago. It kicked my butt and I lasted 5 minutes. I am going to aim for 6 minutes this week.0 -

Stay under for calories
Walk at least 5 miles I need to catch up on my monthly goal of 122 for the month. I’m trending behind right now.
Increase fluid intake, I’m slightly dehydrated so I need to watch that today. I’m not really a water only person I do count all liquids other then alcohol that I drink, but I’ve noticed that the last couple of days I’m not drinking much of anything so today I am going to be more mindful of that.2 -
