    Done alot more exercise this week but was out for dinner Sunday eve and ate quite late dont normally do that day before weigh in so im ok with staying the same will be looking for a loss next week though 😁

    Yes! I really like it. So, I thought I would share it with everyone. I think sometimes when i hit a plateau or gain a little. It makes me feel kinda down. Just got keep reminding to keep moving forward. We got this! :
