Wow, I LOVE this challenge! My biggest challenge is getting enough veggies and more nutritious foods. I might steal this idea and add it as an optional challenge next week for the team, if that is ok with you!

Green: Bok choy, broccoli, snap peas
Blue/purple: None
White: onion, potatoes
I clearly have some work to do the rest of the week!2 -

RED: tomatoes, bell peppers, raspberries, onions
ORANGE: orange, carrots,bell peppers, sweet potatoes
YELLOW: bell peppers, onions, pineapple
GREEN: green beans, broccoli, bell peppers, mixed greens [organic girl super greens]
BLUE PURPLE: blackberries, blueberries
WHITE:cauliflower, cannellini beans, banana, mushrooms
Dinner one night was a Hawaiian Chicken sheet pan meal. I used 4 colors bell peppers.3 -

Calories: 2000 a day without exercise and eating back between 50-80% of my exercise
Under or over calories on weekly basis: No gain or loss, i'll take it! I think i have been over my calories twice last week, but i also worked out on Sunday, which i normally don't do and burned about 1300 calories. But rest of the day i am a potatao couch, so it was good to burn that much

Going out for Valetine's dinner tonight. We are doing tapas so I'm going to fast/ eat minimally throughout the day to try to balance out dinner because I don't want to worry about calories while I'm enjoying a night out with my BF!

We're at the half-way point and this was a good week despite the long days / late nights at work. I guess the tradeoff of not being able to exercise as much was offset by smaller portions and fewer snacks.3 -
