Starting to get the hang of this. One of my NVS goals is to feel less hot in the summer months and dropping some weight will help with that!
@RoseyandReady fabulous loss! I am sure losing some weight will definitely benefit your body temps in the summer! I am hoping it helps me as well!1 -

While I did not eat/drink well (because let’s face it wine is really what gets me on the weekend 😆) I am proud that I still made myself track everything. I know that it is important to see the number calories I am consuming to really get it. Often in the past I just wouldn’t track on those days I knew I went over. So, I guess there’s growth at least!
Happy Sunday all!
@jmalderman you had some amazing steps over the weekend, and you are doing great with keeping yourself accountable! I had to cut back on wine coming into the new year because I felt like I was getting too lax when I would have it on the weekend! Great job!0 -

Came down with bronchitis. So the eating has been good (don’t feel like eating) but no exercise.
@simbersea first of all-wonderful loss this week! Secondly, I hope you feel better! Bronchitis is no fun, and I hope it resolves quickly, and you begin to feel better! Also, wonderful stepping, even while you are not feeling well!!!0 -

*Daily personal goal this week* Eliminate eating from 730pm to 1130am the next day.
No, I need to remember to do this even on days that are filled with activity(What can I substitute for eating when everyone around me is eating?? Gum?? (Suggestions, anyone?)
@Krysless2 I unfortunately don't have any suggestions that will help with IF, but maybe adjust your window of eating on days that you know will be out with others? Or just have a light snack instead of a regular meal if you know you will be out later than usual? Other than that I don't really have any good suggestions...1 -

@GuessimGryffindor yes! I meant to mention that! Your Weigh-In day was changed to Saturday! Please make sure you are submitting your weigh in on Saturday. With weigh in days being on Saturday, there is a higher risk of being removed if you miss a week and post late the following week1 -

I hate that I’ve been literally going over calories all week. But at least I’m being accountable and being honest with myself! I’m taking each day one at a time and with each day a new start! I’m determined to make March a killer month!5 -

So my weigh in day isn't until Friday, but just wanted to update since my goal this week was to get my second number to 2 instead of 3... goal accomplished! Weighed in this morning at 129 (I know, small victory, but I will take it) so my new goal for this week is to keep that number at at 2 and at least go down a pound or two.4

I understand this completely. Even when I am over being accountable feels like a win. Best of luck for your March!0 -

You must weigh-in daily like I do. That is one of best things I ever did was get rid of my scale-fear. I used to never get on it even when dieting because I thought if it fluctuated a tiny bit I would get angry and quit. But once I let those feelings go it became mechanical. I weigh every day now and treat that number like data for a science experiment. Input, crunch my numbers, adjust.
Great job! So proud of you!1 -

Another step backwards. Showed up to my moms rehab hospital to help her do her physical therapy homework. Only to find her unconscious and unresponsive.
Spent the day at the ICU where she remained the same. She woke up this morning for a few minutes. Looks like another stroke or a seizure. probably here in ICU for a couple days. I won’t get many steps in because if you leave you can’t get back in without calling the nurses station and having them buzz you back in.5 -

Yes, I do weigh myself every morning. It is just habit and it keeps me aware. I think it can be stressful for some people but I make a point to keep in mind that certain times of the month I am always 2 or 3 pounds heavier and I think the daily weigh in sets my tone for the day.
Thanks!!1 -

Ahhhh the weather was absolutely BEAUTIFUL for early March! It was 70 degrees, and sunny! After work, I ended up going with the boys to the park for a walk, and then took a walk/run when I got home... I was a little faster than last week, and went a hair further! I completed 2.6mi in 40:08, when it took me 46:20 last week. I did "run" more(maybe only walked .9miles?)!
I am crossing my fingers for a good weigh in tomorrow, but my weight has been up the last couple days, and I'm not too sure! I will get to all of the posts I missed in the morning! You are all doing so awesome!
Comparison of "running" pace
