    I am a disaster! My stress level is through the roof. Work demands are impacting my health. I am seriously thinking of using sick time because the expectations during school closure is impacting my health. Yesterday my day began with an email from a parent at 4 and ended at 10 with an email/text from a teacher. TOO MUCH sitting too much work, too much that is out of my control.

    Hang in there. It will get better. Try and do something fun despite the circumstances.

    So not the direction I want to go in. But It is what it is.

    Please stay healthy everyone. Most of us here have underlying heath issues and we joined this group to not only lose weight but to get healthier as we do it. This virus is very serious. Stay home if you can. I pray everyone stays healthy.

    For dates: 3/25, 3/26, 3/27. 3/28:
    Yes 4x for calories count, kept track of foods and drinks, and exercised. I don't know if I will be in the winners circle because I didn't exercise on Sundays for this month 🤔🙄 ...so I basically used my 3 passes plus more for all the Sundays of March. 😮😥
    Next month will be better...👍🏼🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🎖🏆🏅🥇
